Terms of Use

aprubado.ph is a loan-matching and comparison service: a landing page, a matching wizard, and an attribution layer operated by Virix Labs. Aprubado connects you with SEC-licensed partner lenders. Aprubado does not lend money, decide who gets a loan, set the price of any loan, disburse funds, or collect debt. Those activities are performed solely by the SEC-licensed partner lender you are matched with. Aprubado does not charge you for using this service.

By using this Site, you acknowledge that any binding loan contract — if you are approved — is issued by a partner lender and is governed by that lender’s own loan agreement, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy, which you will be asked to review and agree to as part of that lender’s on-platform signing process. Aprubado is not a party to that loan contract.

To use the matching form on this Site, you must:

• Be a Filipino citizen or a foreign resident with the right to take credit in the Philippines.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid government-issued ID, a working mobile phone, and an active GCash or bank account in your own name.
• Be applying for yourself — not on behalf of another person.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.

Misrepresentation may result in denial of a match, termination of any loan a partner lender has issued, and reporting to credit bureaus and law-enforcement authorities where warranted.

1. You complete the matching wizard on this Site.
2. When you press Apply Now, and with your consent, your data is shared with one or more matched SEC-licensed partner lenders via secure API for credit scoring.
3. The matched partner lender makes the credit decision. Aprubado has no role in this decision.
4. If approved, you are connected to the partner lender’s on-platform signing flow, where you review and sign the binding loan agreement directly with that lender.
5. Disbursement, repayment, and any collection activity are conducted by the partner lender.

No loan exists until a partner lender has approved the application and you have signed the loan agreement on that lender’s platform. Display of an indicative offer or estimate on this Site does not constitute a binding offer of credit from Aprubado or any lender.

All effective interest rates, fees, and the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of any approved loan are set and disclosed by the partner lender in compliance with BSP MC 1133 s.2021 and SEC MC 3 s.2022. Aprubado does not charge borrowers any fee for the matching service. Any amounts shown in the loan calculator on this Site are illustrative estimates only; the binding figures are those in the partner lender’s loan agreement you sign at the end of the flow. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use any robot, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site, except for public search-engine crawling.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract proprietary mechanisms.
• Interfere with the Site’s operation (denial of service, brute-force, credential stuffing, vulnerability exploitation).
• Use the Site to send spam, phishing, or facilitate unlawful activity.
• Use the Site if you are sanctioned or otherwise prohibited from doing so by Philippine law or applicable international sanctions.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable care is taken to keep the Site accurate, complete, and operational, no warranty is given that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information displayed will reflect the latest changes to a partner lender’s product, pricing, or regulatory disclosures. Aprubado does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or approved for a loan. Where any conflict arises between content on this Site and a partner lender’s official loan documents at the moment of signing, the lender’s loan documents prevail.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this Site is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability for any loan itself, its terms, and its servicing rests with the partner lender under its loan agreement, not with Aprubado.

For complaints about a loan (collection conduct, billing, disbursement), contact the partner lender that granted it directly, using the contact details in that lender’s own documents, and follow the procedure at /complaint-resolution. Escalation paths to the SEC, BSP, and DTI are listed there.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this Site shall be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines, save where Philippine law mandates a different forum (for instance, NPC for data-privacy disputes or SEC for lender conduct). Nothing in this section deprives you of any statutory consumer protection that cannot be waived by agreement.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page. The “last updated” date always reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the change.
